Hey everyone! Just wanted to do a little update on how the 14 day challenge is going for me! I need to start taking pictures of meals like Grace has been doing so I will start that in my next update! Days one and two went great and I felt a lot better with regulating when I was eating. Since I have not been consistently working out, I did some minor workouts (15-30 minutes) to get back in the swing of things.
For my workouts I have been focusing on increasing endurance and keeping high energy. I also have not been attending a gym, so my workouts are taking place in my apartment. Hopefully I will be able to get a gym membership again but with things a little tight on money for me at the moment, that will not happen for awhile.
Day three went a little harder for me. I have managed to not eat anything sweet for the last four days, but yesterday I did have a soda again. Today is technically my day four so hopefully I can turn it around and get back on track.
