Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay in posts! It has been a hectic couple of days for me! I am also going to do the 14 day challenge, but I am starting today. These last two days I have been going off of sweets and soda. Sweets is especially difficult since there are so many pastries and cookies at work. Soda is also going to be much easier. Eventually I will also try to drink less coffee but with college starting up in about a month that does not seem very likely.
